Victoria Kazanjian
Victoria Kazanjian, 73, of East Berlin, widow of Vahe Kazanjian, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at The Hospital of Central CT.
Born in Istanbul, Turkey, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nubar Sarkissian. Victoria was a former New Britain resident before moving to East Berlin in 1974. She was a member of the Armenian Church of the Holy Resurrection.
Surviving are her daughter, Nora Machata and her husband Christopher of Berlin; her son, Abraham V. Kazanjian of East Berlin; and her two grandchildren, Grace and Alex. The family would like to thank Dr. Patricia DeFusco, Dr. Neil Wasserman, the staff at The Wethersfield Infusion Center and HOCC, and her close friends for their love and care over the past few months.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at the Armenian Church of the Holy Resurrection. Burial will be in Wilcox Cemetery, East Berlin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Armenian Church of the Holy Resurrection, 1910 Stanley St., New Britain, CT 06053 or to Susan G. Komen New England, 74 Batterson Park Rd., Farmington, CT 06032, to help us continue the fight against breast cancer. Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Past Services
