Veronica Marin

Veronica Marin, 84, of New Britain, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at the Hospital of Central Conn. in New Britain. Born in Poland, she was a New Britain resident since 1966 and was formerly employed as an executive secretary in various organizations and worked in community serviced performing social work on behalf of others. She was a member of Holy Cross Church. Surviving are four sons who she valiantly and heroically cared for in spite of the loss of their father in 1970, Richard, Anthony and his wife Suzanne, Adam, and Wes and his wife Doreen; her brother, Fr. Marion Krupnik; five grandchildren, Lucas, Ross, David, Kristi and Emily; and one great-grandson, Aiden. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St. New Britain followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Church.
