Tracey Kopycinski

Tracey "Tray" Kopycinski, 28, of New Britain, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011 at home. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of Theresa Kloskowski of New Britain and the late Joseph Kopycinski. Tracey was a life-long New Britain resident and was a member of Holy Cross Church. She loved music and animals and was deeply loved by her family, neighbors, and friends. She will be resting in peace and protected by Gram and Grandpa. Surviving are her mother, Theresa Kloskowski; a sister, Christina Kopycinski of New Britain; her step-father, Raymond Krancicki; many aunts uncles and cousins; her best friends, her dogs "Foxy" and "Barkley"; and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 8:30 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at St. Joseph Church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday from 6-8 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home. Donations may be made to the family, care of the funeral home.
