Toni Lynn Clifford

Toni Lynn Clifford, 52, of Kensington, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004. Born in Schenectady, NY, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Helen Snyder Delano. Toni was a Kensington resident for over 30 years. She was employed by New Britain General Hospital for many years and last worked as a Certified Medical Coder at Insight Health Services located in Farmington CT. She was a member of St. Paul's Church. Toni loved the Lord, her family and her friends. She always went out of her way to help others. A kind and gentle woman, Toni was well-known for her compassion and generosity throughout the community. Toni's greatest source of pride was her children. She was a wonderful mother, a terrific friend, and she will be dearly missed. Toni is survived by a daughter, Melissa Clifford, and two sons, Joseph Clifford and Joshua Clifford, all of Kensington; a sister, Patty Isolda of Schenectady, NY.; her former husband, Neil Clifford; and many friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St., New Britain followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Paul's Church. Calling hours are Friday evening from 5-8 PM.
