Teodozjusz "Ted" Zadiniec, 83, of New Britain, beloved husband of Helena Kurpiel Zadiniec, went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2005 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Polesie, Poland, he was the son of the late Timothy and Eudoxia Woron Zadiniec. Prior to immigrating to the United States, he served as a military police officer for the US Forces in Europe. He was a New Britain resident for the past 44 years and formerly resided in Manchester. Ted was formerly employed at Litton Industries, retiring in 1981. Ted was a man of strong faith, conviction and shared a strong relationship with his Lord. He was a member of Christian Life Church in Kensington and attended the First Polish Baptist Church in New Britain. He enjoyed reading his Bible daily and sharing his Christian faith. In addition to his loving wife Helena, he is survived by two daughters, Miriam Talley and her husband David Talley of San Antonio TX and Esther Brinkmann and her husband Peter Brinkmann of Mt. Airy MD; two granddaughters Jacqueline Brinkmann and Madeleine Brinkmann; and two sisters living in Belarus. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2:00 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours are Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
