Samuel Y. Lazar
Samuel Y. Lazar, 91, formerly of Berlin, husband of Arjinique (Baba) Lazar, died Nov. 12, 2015. Samuel was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. A graveside service will be held on Friday at 2 PM at Fairview Cemetery in New Britain.
