Salvador Gonzalez Jr.

Salvador Gonzalez, Jr., 64, of New Britain, passed away unexpectedly on Friday at the Hospital of Central CT, New Britain.

Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Salvador Gonzalez, Sr. and Luisa Medina. Salvador has been a long time New Britain resident and attended St. Mary Church.

He is survived by his four daughters, Jeannette Gonzalez of Waterbury, Leslie Gonzalez and Michelle Gonzalez, both of New Britain, Daisy Brown of Bloomfield, four brothers, Rafael Gonzalez of New Britain, Enrique Gonzalez of Somers, Jose Gonzalez, Jr. and Luis Gonzalez, both of Puerto Rico, three sisters, Sonia Gonzalez of Puerto Rico, Rosa Irizarry of New Britain, Margarita Gonzalez of Puerto Rico and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services and visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
