Sacha Buitrago

Sacha Buitrago, 27, of New Britain, beloved daughter of Ermelinda Homar, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008. Born in New Britain she was a life long resident and was formerly employed as a manager at MacDonald’s Restaurant on West Main St. in New Britain. She was a member of St. Mary Church. In addition to her mother Ermelinda, she is survived by her children, Nicholas Lopez, Jacob Lopez and Jada Buitrago, all of New Britain, two brothers, Johnny Buitrago and his wife Lucy of West Hartford, and Willard Homar and his wife Sonia of New Britain; her grandmother, Ada Colon of New Britain; a sister Awilda Nina Homar; her boyfriend, Jayson Santonelli of New Britain; two aunts, Diana Escalera and Ivett Arroyo; two uncles, Adaberto Buitrage and Luciano Colon; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St., New Britain. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday from 7-9 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home.
