OBITUARY: Ruth M. Keogh Ruth M. Keogh, 80, of New Britain, died Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002 at Southington Care Center. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen Savoy Keogh. She lived in New Britain most of her life and attended St. Joseph College. She spent her entire career at Southern New England Telephone attaining the title of Assistant Manager, retiring in 1978. She was a member of St. Maurice Church and the Telephone Pioneers. Surviving are five nieces and nephews, Louise Keogh of La Jolla, CA, Elissa Keogh of San Diego, CA, John Keogh of Boston, MA, Kevin Keogh of Boca Raton, FL and Mary Keogh of Andover, MA; a sister-in-law, Mary Keogh of Hingham, MA; and several grandnieces. She was predecesed by her brother, John R. Keogh. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:00 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Maurice Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
