Rose Boyajian Bouley, 87, formerly of New Britain, died Thursday, June 10, 2004 at New Britain General Hospital. She was the widow of Leonard Bouley who died in 1983. Born August 6, 1916 in Stoneham, Ma, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Mary Tufenkjian Boyajian. She was a long-time New Britain resident before moving to Farmington one year ago. Rose joined the American Hardware Employees Federal Credit Union in 1948 and was elected Treasurer in 1958. She retired as Treasurer/Manager in 1983 but continued to serve as a consultant for several years later. She was an active member of St. Stephen's Armenian Apostolic Church and its Ladies Guild. She also was a member for many years of the Emhart Girls Club. Rose enjoyed Wednesday afternoons playing cards with the seniors at the Armenian Church of the Holy Resurrection Church and her newfound friends at Middlewoods of Farmington. She was a generous woman who will be greatly missed. Surviving are her daughter, Michele Pancallo and son-in-law, Raymond of Marston Mills, MA and Port St. Lucie, FL; a nephew, Gregory Gozzo; a grandniece, Kristina Gozzo; and a grandnephew, Benjamin Gozzo, all of Manchester. She was predeceased by her sisters, Irene O'Brien and Daisy Gozzo, and by her brothers, Oscar Boyajian and John Boyajian. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 9:00 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St., and at 10:00 AM at St. Stephen's Armenian Apostolic Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday from 5-8 PM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Stephen's Armenian Apostolic Church, 167 Tremont St.
