Ronald L. Deldona

Ronald L. DelDona, 78, of New Britain, husband of Kathy (Burby) DelDona passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023 at Hartford Hospital.

Born in New Britain, he was the son of the late Louis and Theresa (Gallicchio) DelDona.  Ronald was a former resident of Newington and a longtime resident of New Britain.  Ronald enjoyed fishing, gardening, drawing, and belonged to Winding Trails in Farmington.  He loved and owned many classic cars in his youth.  He loved connecting with others.  He could make a stranger a friend with just one conversation.

Ronald is survived by his beloved wife, Kathy; a son, Jeffrey L. DelDona of New Britain; a daughter, Jody (Matthew) Campagna of East Haddam; two sisters, Mary Jane (Ken) Sleight of West Hartford and Linda Aieta of Newington; and two grandchildren, Collin and Colton Campagna.

Calling hours are Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 2 PM – 4 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain with a Prayer Service beginning at 4 PM.
