Robert A. Moorcroft Jr.

Robert A. Moorcroft Jr., 66, of Bristol, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Countryside Manor of Bristol.

Born in New Britain, he was the son of the late Florence (Pacyna) Moorcroft and Robert A. Moorcroft Sr.    Robert was a 1974 graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School.  He was formerly employed a Pop’s Place, Ketchum Drug Distributors, FedEx, and was the owner of Strovis Spirit Shoppe in New Britain, before retiring.  Robert enjoyed coin collecting, golf, and bowling.

Surviving are two children, Heather Marquez and Robert C. Moorcroft; three sisters, Barbara Moorcroft, Irene Moorcroft-Rowley, and Mary Becker; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 28 at 11 am at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
