Robert A. Lentini

Robert A. Lentini, 43, of Newington, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 5, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Born in New Britain, he was a long time New Britain resident and was formerly employed as an auto mechanic. Surviving are his mother, Theresa (Bisson) LaPointe; his father, Robert R. Lentini; his step-mother, Judy (Adolewski) Lentini; two sisters, Tracy Lentini and Lisa Lentini; a brother, Daniel Lentini; two nephews, Joseph Lentini and Vincenzo Lentini; a niece, Jessica Falero; several cousins; and many friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Joseph Bisson, Gertrude (Fortier) Bisson, Concetta "Jack" Lentini, and Anna (Cassella) Lentini. A procession will form on Tuesday at 11 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home to go to St. Mary Cemetery. A Celebration of Life and time of calling hours will be held on Monday from 7-9 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
