Richard L. Ziegler, Jr.

Richard L. Ziegler Jr., 45, formerly of New Britain, died unexpectedly on Friday, May 13, 2016.  Born in New Britain, he was the son of the late Richard L. Ziegler Sr. and Barbara (Taricani) Ziegler.  Richard was formerly employed as a waiter and was a member of St. Ann Church.

Surviving are a sister, Jacqueline Sykes and her companion Melissa Horsfall; a nephew, George Glenn; and many cousins, aunts, and other relatives.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Tony Sykes.  The family would like to thank Addie and Billy for their special care extended to Richard.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5-7 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Family, c/o Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home.
