Rebecca Lyne Buettemeyer

Rebecca Lyne Buettemeyer, 24, of New Britain, died unexpectedly on Thursday, July 15, 2004. Born in Norwich, she was the beloved daughter of Elfrieda Witzke Buettemeyer of New Britain, with whom she made her home and Raymon Buettemeyer of Ledyard. She was a former resident of Plainville and a New Britain resident for the past 7 years. Rebecca was a student at New England Technical Institute and attended Bethany Covenant Church. Rebecca loved animals. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Theresa Witzke of New Britain and H.M.and Jane Buettemeyer of Abilene TX; two brothers Lonnie Buettemeyer and Kenneth Buettemeyer; a sister, Tammy Buettemeyer; aunts and uncles, Irmagard and Klaus Berger, Hannelore and John Clarke, Annelisa Chalko, and Mary Helene and Helmut Jobs; and many cousins. A private funeral service will be held on Saturday at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home. Burial will be in West Cemetery, Plainville. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to C.W.
