Ralph F. Williams, 78, of Kensington, husband of Marion Munson Williams, died peacefully on Monday, July 10, 2006 at New Britain General Hospital. Born in Kensington, he was the son of the late Ralph B. and Winifred Crews Williams. He was a life-long Kensington resident and was a US Navy Veteran of World War II. Ralph was formerly employed as an engineer at The Wiremold Company before retiring in 1986. He was a member of the Kensington Congregational Church. Ralph enjoyed baseball, model railroading, camping, stamp collecting, woodworking, and was an avid Red Sox fan. In addition to his wife Marion, he is survived by three sons, Glenn R. Williams and his wife Rosemary of Newington, Garry C. Williams and this wife Mary-Kathryn of Kensington, Scott W. Williams and his wife Carmela of Kensington; a sister, Mary DeCaulp of Berlin; and four grandchildren, Arthur R. Williams, Alex Williams, Shannon Williams, and Mitchell Williams. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:00 AM at Kensington Congregational Church. Burial will be in West Lane Cemetery.
