Pearl B. Ruck

Pearl Bertha Regalis Ruck, 92, of New Britain, died peacefully Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005 at New Britain General Hospital after a short illness. She was the widow of A. William Ruck who died in 1980. Born in New Britain, she attended local schools. Pearl was a life long New Britain resident, living over 70 years in her present home. She assisted her husband for many years in their business, A. William Ruck Insurance Agency. Pearl was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are a son, Merrill W. Ruck and his wife Diane of Candler, NC; a daughter, Carol Gonzales of National City, CA; three grandchildren, Heather Marie Ruck, Patrick Shove, and William Shove; three great-grandchildren, Olivia Shove, David Shove, and Michael Shove; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
