Paula De Jesus

Paula DeJesus, 92 of New Britain, CT passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, November 26, 2021. Paula was born on June 3, 1929 in Guayama, Puerto Rico to the late Domingo and Juanna (Lopez) Gonzalez.

Paula was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was also the heart of the family. Paula was known for many mouthwatering dishes. Paula was genuine and kind to everyone that crossed her path. Her smile was warm and welcoming. She lived a beautiful life.

Paula is survived by her daughters Luz Marquez, Mirta DeJesus, Minerva Aponte, Migdalia DeJesus and her son Luciano DeJesus Jr, her 17 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband (Luciano) and daughter (Manuela) DeJesus.

Calling Hours are Thursday December 2, 2021 from 4-7 pm at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 South Main Street, New Britain, CT, 06051. Burial will be held at Rosedale cemetery in Linden, New Jersey on Friday at 11:30 am.
