Pamela G. Becker

Pamela G. Becker, 96, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 in Avon at the home of her daughter and son in law. She was the wife of the late Gerald J. Becker Sr.

Born in New Britain she was the daughter of the late Charles and Carmelina (Florio) Gagliardi. Pamela was a former New Britain and West Hartford resident before moving to Avon. She was a member of St. Mary Church, St. Joachim Parish in New Britain. Pamela was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and UCONN Basketball.

Surviving are four children, Dr. Gerald J. Becker II and his wife Dr. Sheryn Holm, Dr. William J. Becker and his wife Nancy, Patricia Keddy and her husband Peter, Robert J. Becker and his wife Mary; two sisters, Jaye Tormay and Joyce Mariano; a brother, Charles Gagliardi; eight grandchildren, Alexandra (Aaron) Stubbs, Jillian (Daniel) Baker, McKenzie Keddy (fiancé Robert Granoth), Austin Becker, Brian Becker, Brandon Becker, Eric Becker, and Adam Becker; and a great-grandson, Kai Stubbs.

The family would like to thank Dr. Amy Lunding, Veronica and Trung from the Farmington Valley VNA and a dear friend, Donna Koniecko for their loving care.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 10 AM at St. Mary Church, St. Joachim Parish in New Britain. Entombment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary Church, 544 Main St., New Britain, CT 06051.
