Olga Massi Mcloughlin

Olga Massi McLoughlin, 87, of Berlin, died Monday, March 24, 2008 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut at New Britain General. She was the widow of Francis "Frank" McLoughlin. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Santina Massi. Olga was a Berlin resident for the past 57 years. She was a member of St. Paul's Church, the New Britain Council of Catholic Women, and was a former member of the Kensington Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. Surviving are her children, Francis "Fran" McLoughlin, John McLoughlin, and Patricia Muli, all of Berlin, and Barbara McLoughlin of Bristol; two sisters, Rena Massi and Alice Deutsch; ten grandchildren, Ralph Muli, Lisa Veleas, Christopher Muli, Rachel Rice, David McLoughlin, Shane McLoughlin, Cara McLoughlin, Chelsea McLoughlin, and Briana McLoughlin; and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Mary Beth McLoughlin. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St., New Britain followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Paul's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Calling hours are today from 4-8 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home.
