Miriam M. Torres

Miriam M. Torres, 59, of New Britain, passed away peacefully on Saturday at the Hospital of Central CT in New Britain.  Born in Maunabo, Puerto Rico, she was a New Britain resident most of her life.

Surviving are her mother, Petra Torres; her sister, Luz Colon; her long time companion, Angelo; many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.  She was predeceased by a brother, Miguel Colom.

Funeral Services and calling hours will be held on Thursday from 10 AM to 1 PM at Iglesia Cristo Redentor Asambleas de Dios, 830 Corbin Ave., New Britain.  Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
