Rev. Minnie Mobley

Rev. Minnie Mobley, 87, of New Britain, CT transitioned to eternal life surrounded by her family at her bedside on Monday December 6, 2021

Minnie was predeceased by her parents Henry & Carrie Kinsey; her husband Robert Mobley Sr.; her sons Bernard & Robert Mobley Jr. (Pinky); and a granddaughter Chelesa. Minnie leaves behind her daughters, Sheila West, Betty Claytor, Robin Langley, and son Lawrence Mobley.  She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Roy Eric Mitchell & partner Jodi, Lalisa West, Elaunda Forbes & husband Clayton, Tanisha West, Justin Williams, Tawanda Mobley, Derrick Mitchell & wife Catherine, Robert Mobley Jr. (PJ) & wife Shelly, Ieshela Mobley, Lakosa Mobley and Andrew Pelletier, as well as a host of great & great great grandchildren. Minnie was a woman of faith and enjoyed time with her church community and family.

A Home Going Celebration will be held on Friday at 11 AM at the Second Baptist Church, 55 Chapman St., New Britain.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.  A calling hour will be held at church on Friday from 10 AM until the time of the service.  Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
