Michael Lee Kline

Michael L. Kline, 57, of Hartford, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Hartford Hospital.

Born in New Britain on May 20, 1958, he was the son of Gladys (Kline) Gainey of New Britain and the late Charles Kline.  Michael was a New Britain resident most of his life and was formerly employed at Amodio Moving and Storage and attended McCullough Temple in New Britain and Redeemer AME Zion Church in Plainville.

Surviving are his beloved mother, Gladys Gainey; two children, Andre Kline and Sabrina Kline; a brother, Melvin A. Kline; a sister Wendy Kline McDonald; three grandchildren, Faith Kline, Elijah Kline, and Andrea Kline; and a host of other relatives and friends.  Michael was predeceased by a brother, Keith Kline Clayton and his father, Charles Kline.

A Home Going Celebration will be held on Friday at 11:30 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Friday from 10 AM to 11:30 AM.
