Marion Williams

Marion (Munson) Williams, 84, of Kensington, widow of Ralph F. Williams, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Johnson) Munson. She was a resident of Kensington most of her life and was a member of Kensington Congregational Church, where she was a member of the Women's Service League and the Mr. & Mrs. Club. Surviving are three sons and their spouses, Glenn and Rosemary Williams of Newington, Garry and Mary-Kathryn Williams of Kensington, Scott and Carmela Williams, also of Kensington; four grandchildren, Arthur R. Williams and his wife Margaret Kearns, Alex Williams, Shannon Williams, and Mitchell Williams; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Kensington Congregational Church. Burial will be in West Lane Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday from 5-8 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain.
