Marie P. Lomaglio

Marie P. Lomaglio, 57, of New Britain, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday at home.

Born in New Britain and a lifelong resident, she is the daughter of Pilar (Cervera) Ballester. Marie loved the water and enjoyed swimming. She was an avid writer and was almost finished with her book at the time of her passing.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter Lisa Lomaglio and her son Alex Lomaglio, both of New Britain.

Calling hours and a memorial service will be held on Sunday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St. New Britain. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in Marie's name.
