Mariano Fonseca

Mariano Fonseca, 79, of New Britain, died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2006 at New Britian General Hospital. Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Paulino Fonseca and Hermenilda Rivera. He was a New Britain resident for over 35 years and was formerly employed at New Britain Machine Co. He was a member of St. Mary Church. Surviving are his wife, Olga Rivera Fonseca; a son, Jose Centeno of New Britain, two daughters, Magaly Fonseca of New Britain and Sorenid Fonseca of Florida; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services and calling hours will be held Wednesday from 7-9 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St.
