Maria Hernandez Rodriguez

Maria Hernandez Rodriguez, 80, of West Hartford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford.  Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Isidoro Hernandez and Ursula Rodriguez. Maria was a former resident of New Britain and Hartford.

She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters and son-in-law, Juan (Ramon) Feliciano. Surviving are her loving children, Sandra Feliciano; Felix Cruz and partner, Justyna; Myrna Smith and husband, Brian; Nazario Figueroa and wife, Elizabeth; and Noel Figueroa and wife, Judy; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Sept. 19, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St. Joachim Parish, St. Mary Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.  Calling hours are Monday morning from 9 AM to 10 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home.
