Margaret Bell Johnson

Margaret Bell Johnson, 73, of Hartford, formerly of New Britain, died Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at Hartford Hospital. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late James Johnson and Josephine Hines. Margaret was a caring and loving person. She had a quiet manner and will be deeply missed by her family. Surviving are her children, Rev. Dr. Dennis Johnson and his wife Juanita of Hartford, Lynda Rutledge and her husband Frank of Illinois, Gary Johnson and his wife Norma of Florida; a sister Beatrice Emily Walker of New Britain; and six grandchildren, Davon Jefferson, Dennis Jr., Joshua, Caleb, Lauren and Cara Johnson. She was predeceased by her daughter Josephine Johnson Riberio. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at 11:00 am at McCullough Temple, 55 Chapman St., New Britain. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours are at McCullough Temple from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
