Manuel Sola

Manuel Sola, 74, of New Britain, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015.

Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Gregorio Sola and Jesuita Ramirez. Manuel was a former resident of Philadelphia, PA before moving to New Britain 3 years ago. He was formerly employed as an airport baggage handler.

Surviving are his children, Manuel Sola, Fernado Sola, Oscar Sola, Rosibel Sola, Maribet Santos Sola, Ricky Sola, and Ivelisse Sola; his former wife, Esthervina Rosa; many brothers and sisters; many grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015 at 1:30 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday from 12 noon until the time of the service.
