Luz M. Sanchez

Luz M. Sanchez, 58, of New Britain passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, May 13, 2011. She was born in Maunabo, Puerto Rico and was a member of St. Mary Church, New Britain. Luz is survived by two daughters, Luz Morales and Flordeliz Colon, two sons, George Sanchez and Edison Irizarry, two sisters, Genoveva Rodriguez and Maria L. Sanchez, ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was predeceased by a son Jose A. Santiago Figueroa. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St.. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
