Lawrence T. Bartlett, 63, of Meriden, husband of Carol (DePaolo) Bartlett, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017.

Born in Southington, he was the son of the late Lawrence W. and Rita (Marrotto) Bartlett.  He was a former Southington resident before moving to Meriden 28 years ago.  Lawrence was employed at Hillside Automotive in Hartford and was a member of Berlin Congregational Church.  At church, Lawrence served as a Senior Deacon, was an organizer of the May breakfast for many years and was active in the church booth at the Berlin Fair.

In addition to his wife Carol, he is survived by two sons, Stephen Bartlett and his wife Cheryl of Huachuca City, AZ, and Kenneth Bartlett of Bridgeport; his brothers and sisters, Wayne Bartlett, Darlene Bartlett, Michael Bartlett, Diane Boucher, Denise Cowles, and Debbie Koczon; four grandchildren, Deanna, Rikor, Aleksys, and Jordin; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday (today) at 11:30 AM at Berlin Congregational Church.  Burial will be held privately at Maple Cemetery.  Calling hours are Saturday morning (today) from 9-11 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain.  Memorial donations may be made to Berlin Congregational Church, 878 Worthington Ridge, Berlin, CT  06037.
