Kenneth K. Rodin
An angel sent by the Lord conducted Kenneth K. Rodin to his rightful place in Heaven on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015.
He was born on Sept. 10, 1939 to the late Kjell and Helen (Tietz) Rodin. Kenneth was an avid boater and fisherman! They were his pleasures. Ken was also known for telling jokes and making people laugh. Through the years he was employed at New Britain General Hospital, Superior Electric in Bristol, Brittany Farms and Stanley Works of New Britain.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 44 years, Claudette (Beaulieu) Miller Rodin, his son Kenneth P. Rodin and two stepsons Karl Miller and Gary Miller, both of Florida. He was predeceased by his parents and two stepdaughters, Darlene Caskey and Holly-Jean Bassett.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 23, at 11 AM at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 295 Arch St., New Britain. Burial will be private at Fairview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 295 Arch St., New Britain, CT 06051.
