Julia E. Pac, of Kensington, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 8, 2003 at Andrew House Healthcare. She was the widow of Peter S. Pac who died in 1973. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Theresa Link. Julia was a Kensington resident since 1953 and was formerly employed at D & L Department Stores, retiring in 1976. She was a member of St. Paul's Church. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and Gordon Wicke of Kensington with whom she made her home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Lorretta Pac of Culeoka, Tenn., Thomas and Carol Pac of Kensington; a brother, John Link of New Britain; eight grandchildren that brightened her days, Christopher and Dean Wicke, Jeffrey, Erin, and Nicole Pac, Linda Nichols, Mario and Robert Pac; five great- grandchildren, Ashley and Kristy Nichols, Eric, Cassius, and Augustus Pac; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday morning from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 South Main St., New Britain. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Berlin Visiting Nurses Assoc., 240 Kensington Rd., Berlin, CT 06037.
