Juana Valentin

Juana Valentín died peacefully at home on April 6, 2022 in West Hartford, at the age of 88.

Most people knew her as Doña Juana, mami or abuela. Juana loved sewing, embroidering, cooking, and loved going out. However, she mainly loved laughing and being surrounded by family.

Juana is survived by her children; Agustin, Roberto, Palmira, and Gladys Vargas, her brother and sister; Edwardo and Alicia, her daughter-in-law; Maria Vargas, her son-in-law; Orlando Alvarado, and her grandchildren; Maribel, Carlos, Brenda, Carlos Jr., Nicole, Priscilla, Kayla, Alex, and Jose.  She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

Juana will be sorely missed by all.
