Juana Consuelo Garrido
Juana Consuelo Garrido, 72, of New Britain, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015 at Hartford Hospital.
Born in Guatemala, she was the daughter of the late Juan Pablo Lara Gaytan and Maria Laura Garcia de Lara. Juana was a former resident of New York and a New Britain resident since 1980.
Surviving are her husband, Victorino Garrido; two sons, Juan C. Garrido of New Britain and Victor M. Garrido of Arizona; a daughter, Yessenia Garrido of New Britain; and four grandchildren, Alexa Avella, Benjamin Garrido, Kimberly Garrido and Victoria Garido.
Funeral services and calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 5-7 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain. Burial will be in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
