Juan Perez, Jr.
Juan Perez Jr., 43, of New Britain, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Hartford Hospital. Born in New Britain, he was a lifelong resident and was a self employed real estate investor. Juan was a member of St. Mary Church and Lambda Theta Phi.
Surviving are his mother, Helen Perez of New Britain; his father, Juan Perez Sr. of Florida and Puerto Rico; his grandmother, Carmen Casiano; his brothers Jeovanny Perez and Augustine Perez; a sister, Jennilda Perez; his girlfriend, Karolin Tomassian; his dog, Diamond Perez; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St. New Britain followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Mary Church. Entombment will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday from 4-7 PM.
