Joseph A. Lugo

Our beloved Joseph Anthony Lugo has gained his wings on October 4, 2026. Joseph was a jack of all trades. He loved cooking, working on cars, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. Joyto, as his family knew him since he was a kid, loved spending time with his family and making everyone laugh. His sense of humor and positivity was contagious. His smile will be truly missed as he filled every room with fun and laughter.

Joseph was the son of Angela Ortiz and Antonio Lugo. He is survived by his sister Zulma; his brother Shaymar; his 5 sons, Fabian, Adrian, Jariel, Isael and Kile; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services for Joseph will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026 from 5 pm until 7 pm at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 South Main St., New Britain, CT 06051.
