Joseph Louis Hull

Joseph Louis Hull of Bristol, formerly from New Britain transitioned on July 17, 2023 at St. Francis Hospital surrounded by his loving family.  Joseph was born in Hartford on May 12, 1975 to Dorothy M. Hull and the late Joseph Threet.  He attended New Britain Public Schools as a young child and graduated from New Britain High School class of 1994.  He was formerly employed by Martin Laviero Contractor Inc., for many years.

Joseph was predeceased by his father Joseph Threet.  He is survived by his mother, Dorothy M. Hull; his sisters, Chelsea Hull of New Britain and Tonya Threet-Encarnacion (Charles) of Hartford; his brother, Joseph Threet of Powder Springs, GA; his sons, Emmanual Figueroa of New Britain and Justin Clayton of New Britain; his daughter, Jaylin Rose Hull of Bristol; two grandsons, Zayne and Alonso; his nieces, Cheyenne, Chevanese, Aniya, Ayana, Techiya, and Teshura; his nephews, Cameron and Noel; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Joseph also leaves behind several special friends, Crystal Green, Darryl Green, Joe Tetreault, Jacob Vannistrand, Addison Toth, Mark McGivney and Jared Allacco.

The Hull family would like to thank all of their family and friends for all of the love and support they have shown during this difficult time.  The family would also like to extend a special thank you to St. Francis Hospital’s ICU Department and nurse Phil.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St., New Britain, CT 06051.
