Joseph Fusco

Joseph F. Fusco, 53, of New Britain, passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the Hospital of Central CT in New Britain.

Born in New Britain, he was the son of the late John and Juliette (Damiano) Fusco. Joseph was a lifelong New Britain resident and was a member of St. Joseph Church. He worked in construction for many years. Joe enjoyed going on fishing trips with his son, Niko and spending time with his family. He was known for his comedic personality, there was never a dull moment when you were with him. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Surviving are a son, Domenico Fusco; a sister, Christina Flammang; and two brothers, Mark Fusco and Thomas Fusco. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Sherry A. Heath-Fusco; a sister, Cindy Fusco; and two brothers, John Fusco and Jeffrey Fusco.

Walk through calling hours will be held on Friday, March 19, from 4-6 PM at Erickson- Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain.  Masks and social distancing will be required.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
