Joan Elizabeth Buck

Joan Elizabeth Buck, 72, of New Britain passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at home.  She was the wife of Lawrence H. Buck.

Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Dornfeld.  Joan was a New Britain resident most of her life and was a member of Divine Providence Parish, St. Joseph Church.

Surviving are her husband, Lawrence H. Buck; two sons, Christopher Buck and his wife Jane, Marc and his wife Becky; two brothers, David Dornfeld and Dan Dornfeld; three sisters, Marie Mulhall and Jean McDougall, both of Florida, Donna Montenegro of New Hampshire; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Buck, Corey Buck and Alyssa Dmytruk.  She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Dornfeld.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at a future date.  Private burial will take place in Maple Cemetery, Berlin.  Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, New Britain, is in charge of arrangements.
