Jean Louise Bohn

Jean L. Cooley Bohn, 74, of Plainville, widow of Arnold C. Bohn, died Thursday at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Born in New Britain, she was a resident before moving to Plainville in 1964. Jean was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, Descendants of the Founders of the Ancient Windsor, the Bristol Genealogy Society, and the Cooley Family Association of America. Surviving are two sons, Daniel Bohn and his wife Theresa of Bristol, David Bohn and his wife Lynn of Plantsville; her grandchildren, Jessica Levesque, Ryan Bohn, Ethan Bohn and Gregory Bohn; a great-grandson, Donovan Cotita; a brother-in-law, Chester Bukowski of Vernon; a sister-in-law, Rita Bohn of Cromwell; her close friend, Doris Misenti; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St. New Britain. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours are Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bristol Hospital, Hospice Unit F South, P.O. Box 977, Bristol, CT 06011.
