Jaime S. Sanabria

Jaime S. Sanabria, 79, of Bristol, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Ingraham Manor in Bristol, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Bogata, Colombia, he was a resident of Connecticut for the past 48 years and was formerly employed at Stanley Works.  He was a member of St. Mary Church.

Surviving are two sons, Jaime Alberto Sanabria and his wife Cenery, Louis Fernando Sanabria and his wife Tara; a daughter, Adriana C. McGinn and her husband Tim; a brother, Rafael Michaels; two sisters, Gloria Michaels and Marina de Rettig; nine grandchildren, Monica Mitchell, Stephanie McGinn, Jaime Sanabria, Alexandra McGinn, Corey McGinn, Alexia Sanabria, Matteo Sanabria, Nicholas Sanabria, and Sofia Sanabria; and two great-grandchildren, Dominic Mitchell and Anthony Mitchell.

Calling hours are Tuesday from 1-4 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM during calling hours.  Burial will be in Colombia.
