It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ines Alicea of New Britain, CT, who passed away peacefully on September 2, 2026, at the age of 54. Ines was born on August 6, 1972, in New Jersey, to Juan Morales and Norma Parissi. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of many people throughout her life. Ines will always be remembered for how strong she was. Even during her battle with MS (multiple sclerosis), she still managed to bring joy to everyone and made sure to light up every room she entered. She is survived by her husband, Victor; her six children, Scott, Mark, Joe, Stephanie, Chabeli, and Charines; her seventeen grandchildren; and her two brothers, JoJo and Antonio. She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma; her father, Juan; and her three brothers, Johnny, Junior, and Samuel. Those who knew and loved Ines will forever cherish the memories of her love, kindness, laughter, and headstrong determination. Her presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
