Gary Robert Louis Kaminski

Gary Robert Louis Kaminski, 44, of Plainville, died unexpectedly on Nov. 1, 2011 at home. He was a member of the Plumber and Pipe Fitters Union Local 777. He was a car enthusiast (especially his 1969 Buick Skylark) and diehard Oakland Raiders fan. Born in New Britain, Gary was the beloved son of Deanna (Dubay) Twitchell of Kershaw, SC and the late Louis Kaminski. He was a loving, understanding, devoted father of his two daughters, Carrie Kaminski Hoskins of Ravenswood, WV and Kayla Kaminski of Spencer, WV; best friend and supportive brother to his sister, Lori Kaminski of Bristol; Grandfather of his two grandchildren, his pride and joy, Summer and Seth Hoskins; his son-in-law, Kevin Hoskins; his step-father, the late Hal Twitchell and his buddy "Outside Kitty". Gary was truly loved and will be missed immensely by the many lives he touched. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 6-8 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Mary Cemetery.
