Fausto M. Scricca

Fausto M. Scricca, 86 , of Plainville CT, passed away peacefully on Monday October 23, 2023 at Apple Rehab in Plainville CT. He was born in Campodipietra, Campobasso Italy on Nov 4, 1936.

A U.S. Army Veteran during the Vietnam Conflict, he served in Europe as a Specialist fourth class with HHC 37th Transportation Command. After his honorable discharge from active duty in 1963, he continued his service for two more years with the 1117 U.S. Army Garrison Reserve military police in Hartford CT.

He was the beloved husband of Maria Lusitani Scricca.

His passions included cooking, gardening, making homemade wine and tomato sauce. His greatest joy was his grandchildren.

A private graveside service with military honors will be held at the convenience of the family.
