Eunice Nell Conoway

Eunice Nell Conaway, 52, of New Britain, died peacefully on Thursday, June 17, 2004 at New Britain General Hospital. Born in Ailey, Georgia, she was the daughter of Lillian Clark Conaway of New Britain and the late Johnnie B. Conaway. She was a New Britain resident for over 40 years and was formerly employed as a Certified Nurses Aid at Walnut Hill Convalescent Home. In addition to her mother, Eunice she leaves to mourn her passing two sons, Paul Conaway of Meriden and Raymond Conaway of New Britain; two brothers, Larry Conaway of New Haven and Marvin Conaway of New Britain; two sisters, Annette Conaway of Hartford and Melody Conaway of Indianapolis, IN; four grandchildren, Devon Austin, Lexus Conaway, Andrew Drake, and Alia Conaway; a daughter-in-law, Charlotte Drake; an aunt, including Jewel Clark and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 5:30 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St. There are no calling hours.
