David S. Haroian

David S. Haroian, 66, of New Britain, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at the Hospital of Central CT. Born in New Britain, he was a life-long resident, receiving a BA from Boston College and Master's degree from NYU in Financing. He was the son of the late Sooren and Rafaelle (Fruscella) Haroian. Dave was employed as a Rehabilitation Specialist with the City of New Britain for many years. He was the former owner of Haroian and Golas Real Estate Agency, also in New Britain. He was a member of St. Joseph Church. Dave was an avid sports fan, who enjoyed baseball, basketball, football and horse racing. He also loved to follow the stock market. Surviving are a daughter, Dianna Haroian and a son, Timothy Haroian, both of New Britain; and many friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Church, 195 S. Main St. Entombment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery. A calling hour will be held on Thursday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St. New Britain.
