David Raul Cardozo

David Raul Cardozo, 84, of New Britain, husband of Adelaide Cardozo, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at the Hospital of Central CT.

Born in Mexico, he was the son of the late David Cardozo and Emilia (Arispe) Cardozo.  David was a New Britain resident for over 50 years and was formerly employed at New Britain General Hospital.

Surviving are his wife, Adelaide (Cancel) Cardozo; his children, Adelita Cardozo, Maricela Ramirez, Rosa Cardozo and William Vasquez; many brothers and sisters, many grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St., New Britain, and at 10:30 AM at St. Mary Church.  Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
