Clelia ''Clara'' Palazzo Wolf, 80, of New Britain died Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at New Britain General Hospital. She was the widow of Robert W. Wolf Sr. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Loretto Palazzo and Maria Antonio DelConte Palazzo. She was a life-long New Britain resident and was formerly employed at Landers Frary and Clark and later at Stanley Tool. She was a member of St. Anns Church, and the YMCA Prime Y'ers and Aquatics Swim Class. Surviving are a son, Robert W. Wolf, Jr. of New Britain, two daughters, Cheryl Wolf and her husband Joseph Valenti of Enfield and Shelley Wolf of Waterford; two sisters, Virginia Lang and Mildred Wawrzenski, both of New Britain; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Serafina Siwik and a brother Joseph Perfetto. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:30 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 S. Main St. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at St. Anns Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday from 5-9 PM at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to St. Anns Church, 47 Clark St., New Britain, or to the Prime Y'ers at the YMCA, 50 High St., New Britain.
