Claire M. Pelletier

Claire M. Pelletier, 87, formerly of Kensington, widow of Alby A. Pelletier, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at the Hospital of Central CT.

Born in Keegan, ME, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert Martin and Rose (Ouellette) Martin.  Claire was a resident of New Britain before moving to Kensington in 1984.  She was formerly employed at Caldor’s in New Britain.  Claire was a member of St. Paul Church and St. Ann’s Society at St. Peter Church.

Surviving are two sons, Donald Pelletier and his wife Rosemary of Florida, Michael Pelletier and his wife Sharon of Farmington; two daughters, Greta Moro and her husband Larry of Wallkill, NY, Jacqueline Chamberland and her husband Norman of Plainville; three brothers, Armand Martin of Madawaska, ME,  Gerard Martin of Southington, and Norman Martin of St. David, ME; a sister, Frenande Dube of Madawaska, ME; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband and parents, Claire was predeceased by a daughter, Marilyn Bergeron, by two brothers, Fernand Martin and Richard Martin, and by two sisters, Theresa Cyr and Carmen Ouellette.
